UK delivery

UK shipping is completely free! Orders are sent by Evri or Royal Mail’s standard delivery services which usually deliver within three working days. If you'd like next day delivery please contact us and we'll upgrade your order for a small additional charge.

International delivery

International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail and your national mail service. Delivery times vary but most international orders arrive within ten working days. Costs are as follows:

EUROPE: Standard £4 / Tracked £10

REST OF WORLD: Standard £5 / Tracked £12.50

These costs apply to orders which can be packaged with maximum dimensions of 35x25x2.5cm and weigh up to 100g (generally this amounts to one or two products). Larger orders or addresses out of mainland locations will incur an additional delivery charge. We will calculate these costs and contact you to take payment before we dispatch your order.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. Payment of these is the responsibility of the customer. We can’t liaise with these departments on your behalf.

If these charges are refused or not paid in time, your parcel will likely be returned to us. If this happens we adopt our missed delivery policy as shown below.

Tracking

UK orders and international tracked orders will receive an email with tracking details. International orders sent by standard services are not tracked.

If your order doesn't arrive when expected please check your tracking first for updates. If the tracking information shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, please check for signatures or information on the tracking as well as in any safe places and with other members of your household and any neighbours.

If ten working days have passed and your order hasn't arrived or if it shows as delivered and you can't locate it, please contact us and we'll instruct the courier to investigate.

We aren’t responsible for delivery times, delays, or how items are delivered.

Missed deliveries

If you miss delivery of your order and do not arrange redelivery or collection it will likely be returned to us. If you would like it to be resent to you we can do this when we receive it back. Delivery costs will apply in these circumstances even if delivery was free in the first instance.

If you miss delivery and your order is returned but does not arrive back with us, please contact the courier. We are unable to resend or refund orders in this situation.
